Raaga Home Stay offers long-term furnished rentals on the second floor. Choose two, three or four rooms, with a drawing and dining room plus kitchen. Electricity is charged separately according to the sub-meter reading at prevailing rates.

What to know before renting
- Electricity charges are not included and are billed from the sub-meter at prevailing rates.
- Toiletries and towels are not included.
- Bed linen is changed every third day.
- Maid service for cleaning and one-time dish washing can be arranged for ₹3,000 by direct payment, if desired.
- A refundable deposit of ₹15,000 is returned when leaving the floor, after fixtures have been checked.
