We are offering now long term FURNISHED RENTALS on our second floor. You can choose the option of having two, three or four rooms for long rentals. The terms and tariff is as follows--
Two room furnished rental with drawing and dining room and kitchen @ Rs. 18000 per month. Electricity consumption will be charged extra as per sub meter reading @ the actual prevailing rates.
Three Room furnished rental with drawing and dinning room + kitchen. @ Rs. 21000
Four rooms furnished rental @ Rs.24000 with drawing room+ kitchen and dinning room.
Not included---
Electricity charges.
Toiletries and towels.
Bed linen will be changed every third day. .
Maid's service for cleaning and one time dish washing also included at direct payment of Rs.3000 if desired...
Refundable Deposit Rs.15000. That will be refunded at the time of leaving the Floor after checking the fixtures..
